Nan has been practicing law for 20 years representing individuals and businesses in a variety of industries in both litigation and transactional areas. Her practice areas have included commercial real estate, construction transactions, property and premises, products liability, personal injury, and business formation and commercial litigation. Nan has extensive background working with experts in different industries. Her commercial litigation background includes commercial leases, easement law, general property law, and various business contract disputes. She has also helped small to mid-sized companies create and grow their businesses.
